Hi,

Having a nightmare trying to get push notifications to work with
Subernova. Have Growl and Prowl set up and installed (this all works
with my iPhone) - copied my api key into subernova and no
notificartions are making it through to the iPhone for email messages,
or client read email messages.

Are we missing something - do you have any trouble shooting
documentation on this?

Many thanks

Sam Cranwell

    Hi Sam,

When you send an email using SUBERNOVA do you get a push notification saying your email is sent?

Also note that in order to get push notifications when your client reads an email, he or she need to have HTML and images turned on for the email client they're using.

    Best regards,
    Ben

    Hi Ben

Thanks for you reply. we got them to work.

It turned out that if you manually select and copy the API key (rather than clicking on the 'COPY' button) off the Prowl website, then paste it into the SuberNova Air app the push system wouldn't work.

If you press the COPY button on Prowl then paste into SuberNova it works.

This was the case on Firefox and Safari on Mac OSX Snow Leopard.

    Cheers

    Sam

    Hi Sam,

Great that's it's working now. And thanks for letting us know what causes the problem.

    Best regards,
    Ben
